1 - What is your Returns Policy if I do not like the curtains I have bought from you? We operate a very simple returns policy which says if, for any reason, you are not happy with the curtains you have bought from us then you have 30 days to return them, in the same condition as they were in when you received them and preferably in the same box they were sent to you in, providing you let us know within 14 days of receiving the curtains of your wish to return them. Once the curtains have been received by us and we have checked them we will promptly issue you with a full refund.
2 - Do you buy curtains? No we sell curtains on a 50/50 commission basis on behalf of clients
3 - How long do you keep curtains once we have sent/given them to you? Once we have measured, examined and valued the curtains, and we have given you our valuation, we keep the curtains for up to 6 months.
