We also sell curtains through our Ebay sites and mostly everything is fine. Occasionally people don't like the curtains, either initially or later on, and we take them back. EBay rules state that customers have 14 days in which to notify us and return items. We are happy for you to look at our eBay Feedback here. The curtains that one of our customers wasn't happy with back in March 2016 (one the pencil pleat strings had been cut and we missed it) have just been resold to another client who bought and fitted a new header tape and was very pleased!!!
Don't worry if you feel there is something wrong with the curtains you buy from us, or if you feel we have missed something out in our description of the curtains you've bought. We will always do what we can to help and will take curtains back if necessary and give you a full refund, providing its within 14 days of the purchase date of the curtains.
